Do you accept housing vouchers?  No, we are not accepting housing vouchers at this time.

Do you lease by the bedroom? We lease by the apartment, not by the bedroom.  Each roommate is responsible for their portion of the total rent and are all under one lease.

When do you know your Fall availability? We usually have our availability 60 days out. Meaning you will be able to see what apartments are available to move into 30 to 60 days ahead. We unfortunately are not pre-leasing beyond that time frame. Please let us know your move-in date and we will put you on our waitlist, which we follow up on as soon as possible.

How do I know if I qualify for an apartment? Please read through our Rental Criteria page, as it goes over this in detail. You can also call the office for more guidance. We do verify rental history, income and the background check.
